Conditions of Use
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 50bd platform, including all betting, gaming, payment, and account services. By registering an account or placing any wager on 50bd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

All users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 50bd platform. We verify age during registration and before processing the first withdrawal. Accounts belonging to minors are closed immediately and funds returned.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through supported Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected local banks. The minimum deposit is ৳500. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Each individual may hold only one active 50bd account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus balances. Contact support if you have accidentally created a duplicate account.
All bonuses and promotional credits awarded by 50bd are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible game types are stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms. Abuse of bonus terms results in forfeiture.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting bots, arbitrage abuse, and any form of fraudulent wagering are strictly prohibited. 50bd reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and permanently close accounts where such conduct is identified.
Any dispute regarding bet settlements, account balances, or platform conduct must be submitted to 50bd support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event in question. 50bd's decision on all settled disputes is final and binding unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", or "your") and 50bd ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://50bd.club (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service offered by 50bd in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 50bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify active members via the email address registered to their account. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address is current and accurate.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 50bd. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.
50bd operates as an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino, and slot gaming services exclusively to adult residents of Bangladesh aged 18 years or older. The Platform is not directed at persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the 50bd Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 50bd operates a strict 18+ only policy with no exceptions. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend access pending verification.
- Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship or declared legally incapacitated may not use the Platform.
- Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your location. 50bd does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
- Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either placed voluntarily through your 50bd account settings or imposed by 50bd due to a previous breach of these Terms.
- Not a 50bd employee: Employees, agents, contractors, or immediate family members of 50bd or its affiliated software and payment providers may not hold a member account or participate in promotions unless explicit written permission has been granted by 50bd management.
50bd is committed to preventing underage gambling. If you have reason to believe that a minor may have accessed the Platform using your credentials or payment information, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate promptly and take all necessary protective action.
Section 3
Account Registration
To access the full range of betting, gaming, and payment services on 50bd, you must create a member account. Registration is free and requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated in your account profile is truthful and up to date.
Each individual person may register and maintain only one active account on the 50bd Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, 50bd will close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and forfeit any bonus balances. If duplicate accounts have received bonus funds, those funds and any winnings derived from them will be permanently forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). You agree not to share your account credentials with any other person or permit third parties to access your account. 50bd will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login details.
- Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
- Enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings immediately after registration.
- Never share your password with 50bd customer support staff — legitimate support agents will never ask for your password.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
- Notify 50bd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
In accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations, 50bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Standard documents accepted include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is successfully completed.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 50bd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). 50bd supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladeshi payment channels. No cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or international card transactions are accepted at this time.
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your 50bd balance within 30 seconds on average, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one to two business hours during standard banking hours in Bangladesh.
- 50bd does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 to 60 minutes around the clock, including weekends and public holidays.
- First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Please ensure your NID is uploaded and approved before submitting your first withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, in compliance with anti-money-laundering policies.
- Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
- 50bd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected, which may extend processing times.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
50bd regularly offers bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback, and other incentives to both new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion on the Platform. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the terms applicable to that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
- Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per payment account, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered in accordance with the stated rollover requirement before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
- 50bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions that have already been claimed and partially wagered will be honoured at the time of suspension, but no new claims will be accepted after a promotion is withdrawn.
- Welcome bonuses are available exclusively to new members registering their first account on 50bd. Any member found to have previously held an account, regardless of the name or contact details used, will not be eligible for a new member bonus.
- Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and other occasions are time-limited. Eligibility windows and contribution rates toward wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
50bd employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect patterns indicative of bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk or mathematically equivalent opposing bets to deplete wagering requirements while preserving bonus value; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; and systematic exploitation of free bet offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling. Where bonus abuse is detected, 50bd reserves the right to void all bonuses, forfeit all associated winnings, and permanently close the account(s) involved.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the 50bd sports betting platform and all wagers made in the live casino and slots sections are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you understand the relevant rules and accept them as binding.
- All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds fluctuate in real time; the odds shown when you submit a bet slip are the odds that will be applied.
- In-play bets are accepted subject to network latency and trading conditions. 50bd reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event has concluded, where a delay in data transmission has caused a material pricing discrepancy.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed on the relevant bet slip and may vary by sport, competition, and market type.
- Cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers, T20 World Cup, and other ICC events are governed by the official match result as confirmed by the relevant sporting body. Rain-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) results are settled in accordance with the official result, not a predicted full-match outcome.
- 50bd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result is found to have been manipulated or where match-fixing is confirmed by the relevant sporting authority, regardless of whether 50bd members were involved.
- All live casino games are supplied by third-party certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. Game rules, minimum and maximum table limits, and side bet availability are determined by the individual game's rules as presented at the table.
- All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel. 50bd does not manipulate RNG outcomes.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, any open game round will be resolved automatically by the game engine. The result of an auto-resolved round is final. 50bd is not liable for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the member's side.
- Malfunction of any game software voids all pays and play for the affected round. If a technical fault affects the integrity of a game session, the round will be voided and stakes returned to the member's balance.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 50bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during the account lifecycle.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from unlawful activity, or structuring transactions in a manner designed to conceal their origin.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other members to exploit game mechanics, share information in live dealer games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage at the expense of other participants or 50bd.
- Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the Platform, exploit bonus offers, or interact with live dealer games in place of genuine human play.
- Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds between 50bd and other platforms with the intent of generating guaranteed profits regardless of outcome, particularly where combined with bonus fund exploitation.
- Hacking and interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 50bd's systems, servers, databases, or other members' accounts; introducing malware or malicious code; or attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your mobile wallet or bank provider after funds have been legitimately credited to your 50bd account and wagered.
- Underage use: Knowingly allowing a person under 18 years of age to use your 50bd account or otherwise facilitating underage access to the Platform.
Section 8
Account Closure & Suspension
Either you or 50bd may close your account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. All closures and suspensions are handled in accordance with 50bd's internal procedures and, where applicable, responsible gaming obligations.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact 50bd support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method, and any active bets will be settled in accordance with normal settlement procedures. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Real-money balances that have cleared all wagering requirements will be returned to you in full.
50bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
- Detection of duplicate accounts or attempted exploitation of the welcome bonus
- Use of prohibited tools, bots, or automated betting systems
- Collusion with other members or with Platform staff
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 50bd support staff or other members
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request
Members who feel that their gambling activity is becoming harmful may request a self-exclusion at any time via their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be permitted to register a new account. We take all self-exclusion requests extremely seriously and process them within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt.
